1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or mixer
2. Divide the dough into 10 or 12 equal portions, roll each portion into a bowl and rest for 20 minutes
3. Shape into a smooth ball but gently rolling and placed on a baking tray
4. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place (30°C – 35°C) for about 30 minutes until they have doubled in size,
5. Put the crosses on the dough before baking:
6. Mix flour and oil together and add a little water time to form a squeezable paste
7. Place in a piping bag or use a plastic bag with the corner cut off,
8. Bake in a preheated oven on 200°c for 15 to 25 minutes until golden brown remove from oven
9. Mix sugar and hot water together and brush the buns with the glaze when they are still hot
