The perfect butter alternative that's Vegan friendly
Using our Premium NZ grown (and Vegan friendly!) hemp seeds, hemp seed oil and salt, this creamy butter alternative is quick and easy to whip up. It's a great mid-morning or afternoon pick me up that the whole family will love!
This is your basic hemp seed butter to which flavoured hemp seed butters can be built off.

Directions
Toast 1 cup of Hemp Seed Hearts in a non-stick pan on medium heat, for 5 minutes until golden brown. Make sure you don't take your eyes off them and stir often as they can go from brown to burnt very quickly.
Leave to cool for 20 minutes, then blend with 2 tbsp of Kiwi Hemp Seed Oil and 1 tbsp salt (to taste).
