Crispy Green Beans with za'atar, toasted hemp hearts, and almonds
An easy to make, delicious, and aromatic side dish topped with the goodness of hemp hearts.

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190’C.
Wash green beans and tap them with a paper towel to dry.
Place green beans onto a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt. Toss until evenly coated.
Roast for 20 minutes, toss halfway through the roasting time.
5 minutes before the end of the roasting time, in a large frying pan, place sliced almonds and hemp hearts and toast them until golden, stir frequently to avoid burning.
Once toasted and fragrant, add vegan butter and za’atar. Mix well and turn off the heat.
Remove the beans from the oven and add them to the frying pan. Toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
