Directions
Prep salmon by removing any bones from your salmon fillet if necessary, and massage with olive oil
Sprinkle generously with Pepper & Me's Heart of Coal seasoning, lightly pressing into the fillet to help it stick
Place the fillet in the airfryer for 10 minutes, (more or less depending on the thickness of your salmon fillet). If you’re worried about the fillet sticking, you can line the bottom of the airfryer basket, or spray with oil first.
Of course if you don’t have an airfryer, the salmon can be placed on a line baking tray and baked in a pre-heated 180C oven until cooked through.
Serve with steamed or roasted seasonal vegetables.
