Pear & Ginger Smoothie

This pear and ginger smoothie is a tasty and easy way to get more fruit and antioxidants into your diet. It's light and refreshing, with just a hint of sass. It's ideal for those steamy summer days. Dairy-free. Added-sugar-free.

Ingredients

 2 Ripe pears, quartered
 2 Kiwifruit, halved
 10 g Fresh root ginger, cut in round slices
 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
 150 g Ice cubes
 100 g Water

Directions

Chop ingredients as required.

Add all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
