Ingredients

½ cup frozen mango
½ frozen banana
½ cup greek yoghurt
¼ cup hemp hearts
1 tsp grated raw turmeric (or a thumb-size)
½ tsp grated raw ginger (half a thumb)
½ squeezed lemon (optional)
½ cup liquid of your choice (eg. water, orange juice, coconut water)
