Add the beaten egg, milk, and maple syrup (if using) and mix well until combined with the dry ingredients, gently fold in the blueberries to finish.
Pour into a lined air fryer baking tin and top with extra blueberries and hemp hearts. Alternatively, bake in the oven in a small, lined baking dish.
Bake at 180C for 20-25 mins until cooked through.
Remove from oven to cool slightly and slice. This recipe works well for food preppers!
