How to Use with Hemp Farm® Hemp Protein Powder

• Start with a quarter teaspoon (0.5g) of Flav A Shake per 30g of unflavoured protein powder.
• Mix with water, milk, almond milk, or rice milk, in a glass, shaker, or blender – add ice for best results.  
• Taste.
• Adjust the quantity of Flav A Shake to suit your taste buds.
• You can adjust the taste each time, and there maybe days when you want nothing added to your Protein, and days you want a sweeter treat!
• 1x 60g tub of Flav A Shake is usually more than enough to flavour up to 4 kg of Protein Powder.
