Hemp oil contains two essential fatty acids: Omega 6 and Omega 3, “essential” because our bodies cannot make them and so we need to get these from our diet. Unlike other sources of Omega essential fatty acids, hemp seed oil provides the ideal balance of Omega-6 to Omega-3 in a 3:1 ratio for optimal absorption. Supports healthy joints, brain health, heart health and nourishes skin, hair and nails.
Ingredients: 100% New Zealand Hemp Seed Oil and Softgel capsule (gelatin, purified water, vanilla.)
How to use:Take 3 to 6 capsules daily with food. Once opened, ideally keep hemp oil capsules refrigerated. Alternatively, store in a cool dark cupboard to avoid the degradation and rancidity of the fatty acids.

Smooth this comforting little balm into skin daily to replenish and soothe. Excellent as a non toxic lip balm, you can also use to massage aching muscles and sore joints.
How to use: Apply directly to the affected area and work the balm gently into the skin. For massage, apply a small amount between palms to soften and massage into the skin.

I find the Hemp seed oil helps with all my older body aches and pains. The balm is excellent as a lip balm and I ues ot orally on my arthritic joints. Doubles as a light moisturiser. I will definitely be buying this combo again. I also want some oil for putting on food.
