Directions
Turn your oven on to 180°C.
Cut potatoes into wedges, place into a bowl.
Mix paprika, cumin, garlic salt, hemp hearts, thyme with the hemp seed oil into a paste and pour over the wedges, toss them around in the bowl to coat them well.
Place your coated wedges evenly on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and place them in the hot oven for 45min, turn if needed until golden.
Now, in a small mixing bowl place yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon and mix together for the dip.
Remove wedges from oven, place on a serving plate or in a bowl sprinkle with freshly sliced mint and a side of lemon yoghurt.
Enjoy!
Tip: For a bit of spice sprinkle with dry Chilli flakes when you serve these little beauties.
