Healing Hemp Smoothie

½ cup fresh pineapple chunks

½ cup frozen mango

½ frozen banana

½ cup greek yoghurt

¼ cup hemp hearts

1 tsp grated raw turmeric (or a thumb-size)

½ tsp grated raw ginger (half a thumb)

½ squeezed lemon (optional)

½ cup liquid of your choice (eg. water, orange juice, coconut water)

Sub in any missing ingredients and adjust quantities to suit

Whizz until smooth in a high-powered blender.

Adjust the liquid according to how thick you prefer your smoothie. 😊
