Add the milk, chia and hemp hearts in a re-used jar and mix well, ensuring there are no lumps. Cover and pop in the fridge for 2 hours, or overnight. (If you want to make it fancy… layer up, now or later with your favourite fruit and yoghurt).
Depending on how many layers, extras, and toppings you add, this recipe will be sufficient for 1-2 servings.
