Festive Cheese Ball

250 g Cream Cheese

250 g Grated Tasty Cheese

2 tbsp Finely chopped red onion (or a couple of spring onions)

½ cup Dried Cranberries

¼ cup Tomato Sauce or Chutney

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

¼ cup Hemp Hearts (for crust)

¼ cup Chopped Pistachios (for crust)

In a bowl combine the cream cheese, tasty cheese, onion, and sauces. The mixture will be quite wet and sticky.

Roll the ball in the hemp/pistachio crumb and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Variations: Sundried tomatoes, gherkins, olives, pineapple, parsley, spring onion, walnuts, apricots etc, etc.
