Who doesn't love a cheese ball on a grazing platter? This one is a little Christmassy with the addition of dried cranberries and pistachio nuts but these can be swapped out for whatever you have on hand. The recipe makes a really generous sized cheese ball so if you're not feeding a crowd perhaps halve it. Serve with a selection of crackers and vegetable crudités. An absolute crowd pleaser!

In a bowl combine the cream cheese, tasty cheese, onion, and sauces. The mixture will be quite wet and sticky.
Roll the ball in the hemp/pistachio crumb and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
